Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
  • Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work with department heads to set KPIs and track employee performance.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure legal compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS systems.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
