Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the HR team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
- Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
- Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale.
- Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
- Support succession planning and career path development.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Laws, etc.).
- Ensure HR policies are updated and effectively communicated.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation structures.
- Manage salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration.
- Training & Development
- Plan and execute leadership and skill development programs.
- Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
- Use analytics to drive HR decisions and improve processes.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in handling large teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
