About the Role

ShilpMIS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Junior HR / HR Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Administrative functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, filing, travel and facility arrangements. It's an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain comprehensive exposure to HR and office management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions

  • Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Manage onboarding processes, employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and employee communications.
  • Support employee engagement activities and training initiatives.

Administration & Filing

  • Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Ensure compliance and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Handle general HR and office correspondence.

Travel & Booking

  • Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs, hotels).
  • Coordinate itineraries and accommodation for staff.
  • Maintain travel records, expense reports, and reimbursements.

Facility Management

  • Oversee meeting room bookings, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with facility-related arrangements, internal meetings, and client visits.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
