Skills Required:

  • Basic electrical and control knowledge with experience in estimation of DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC & other control panels. If worked on Honeywell system will be added advantage.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and do switchgear selection according to motor load list. Knowledge of current load calculation, bus bar selection Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Preparation of GA in Excel
  • Ability to prepare detailed Technical offer, System architecture, BOM, Heat load and power calculation for control panel to submit along with the proposal.
  • A team player with communication, analytical, relationship management and problem-solving skills

KRA's:

  • Prepare & evaluate technical documents for project bidding process i.e. Technical offer, System Architecture, BOM, basic design, calculations, compliance to specs, commercial offer etc. for projects.
  • Organize bid initiation & review meeting. Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission
  • Lead core team to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to RFQs from current and potential customers
  • Perform site visits whenever necessary to collect information and utility/facility constraints regarding the project. Address the Commercial and Technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • Take daily, weekly project sales meetings. Monitors progress and prepare weekly reports of the status of each project
  • Project management work may include coordination with customer and management of material, vendors and subcontractors.
