Position: Front Desk Associate (Receptionist with Good Communication || Immediate || Faridabad Location Only)Experience: 2-5 YearsLocation: FaridabadShift Timings: - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM5 days workingBudget upto 25 - 30K per monthDamco is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused front desk associate to provide excellent service to our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring all visitors and clients receive exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all visitors, clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.Manage the reception area and maintain a professional and organized appearance.Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Provide accurate and timely information about the company and its services.Assist in HR & administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.Work closely with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.Continuously maintain a high level of knowledge about the company, its products, and services.Assist with various projects and tasks as needed.Requirements and skillsProven experience as a front desk representativePrevious experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsExceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Familiarity with computers, and technologies (e.G. fax, printer etc.)High school diploma or equivalent.If you are passionate about customer service and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, please apply todayAbout Damco:We are a global technology company with more than two decades of core IT experience.
