We are now looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our dynamic team in India.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Customer Service Representative (Blended Process)** to support our UK operations from our India IT HQ. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction rates, and maintaining our brand reputation, campaign management and a keen eye for branding and storytelling.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints with a calm and empathetic approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Customer Service team to align on best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure timely and professional communication to uphold Specscart’s service excellence.

**What We Expect**:

- Proven experience as a customer service representative or customer support associate or Customer care Associate
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging customer conversations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service practices.
- Experience working for international (especially UK-based) businesses will be an advantage.
