We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our company.

**What does a Customer Service Representative do?**

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

**Customer Service Responsibilities list**:

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**:

- Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.**:

- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills**:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma**:

- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling**:

- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Working days: 6 days a week

**Salary**: 18 to 20k(Based on interview)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122016, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
