**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations

FitClub is a premium fitness destination in Gurgaon, known for exceptional service, top-tier equipment, and a results-driven environment. We are looking for confident and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle front desk duties including answering queries, managing check-ins, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records of member information and daily activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth member experiences
- Address member concerns promptly and ensure follow-up when required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance and a professional attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
