Client Servicing Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Creating a positive onboarding experience & continue developing client relationships across chain with regular contact and relationship building.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' dislike or disapproval of concepts presented or objections raised.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner and forwarding all assigned tasks to concerned personnel and maintain constant follow ups till task is completed.
- Inform and update line manager/HOD of the status of accounts in the form of daily & weekly.
- Prepare presentations with inputs and brief from line manager/HOD for ideationprospects or new business pitch for existing or new clients.
- Prepare calendar of activations for client’s and manage the efficient completion of all to the standards set by the company.
- Onboard vendors in to our procurement division and maintain relations for successful completion of client activations, etc.
- Prepare all relevant documentation for aligning company for new agency registration including liaise with intra-company divisions for the fulfilment of this task
- Prepare documentation to be attached and sent to clients as part of the billing process.
- Follow-up with client finance/procurement teams for release of payments as per the agreed norms.
- Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered to prevent avoidable billing issues.
- Achieve the monthly/yearly revenue targets.
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
- Travel to client locations as required to support the business initiatives
- Participate in local networking platforms as part of New Business Development initiatives to help grow the client base.
- Research new and upcoming tech that can help add value to our clients in their industry space.
- Provide weekly market updates of events, launches, activations, etc are happening in the market by big to medium ticket clients in the form of a Weekly Market Report.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration or an industry-related field
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years working as a client servicing professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft service offerings -Word, Excel, Power point, etc. Working knowledge of design software, digital suites, etc would be good but not a prerequisite.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure; one who undertakes accountability along with responsibility towards successful delivery.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & respective local language.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
