Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality and timely project deliverables.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor account management teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the account management department.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  1. Client Satisfaction:
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction assessments and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes.
  • Provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in account management or client servicing roles, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a similar position.
  3. Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful account plans.
  6. Leadership and team management experience.
  7. Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  8. Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
