Role:


- The Zonal Sales Head for the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Industry is responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales operations and Revenue growth within a specific geographical Zone or Region which will be Karnataka.


- This position plays a critical role in achieving the company's sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated zone.


Job Description for Zonal Sales Head:


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Strategy for the assigned zone to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.


2. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt the strategy as needed.


3. Team Leadership-train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.


4. Owns all Plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Companys Sales Goals.


5. Responsible for ensuring the Team Members meet individual goals; Monitoring of daily reports.


6. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team to drive results and maintain a positive working environment.


7. Sales Target Achievement- Set and monitor sales targets for the zone and ensure that the team meets or exceeds these targets.


8. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.


9. Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship.


10. Market Expansion-Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the designated zone, including the acquisition of new customers and the growth of existing accounts.


11. Explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand market presence.


12. Budget Management-Develop and manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.


13. Reporting-Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape for senior management.


14. Must possess the technical aptitude to be able to grasp complex product applications.


15. Developing Sales pitches and materials using self conducted market analysis.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


2. Proven experience in sales management and leadership roles within the ISP or telecommunications industry.


3. Strong understanding of the ISP industry, including market dynamics, technology trends, and customer needs.


4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


5. Data-driven and proficient in using CRM and sales analytics tools.


6. Ability to travel within the assigned zone and occasionally to the company's headquarters.


Requirements (Essentials):


- Any degree with relevant experience in ISP /Telecom preferably


- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.


- Local language is a must.
