We are currently seeking a Service Management-ITSM Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
• Manages service delivery processes in a standard service delivery environment.
• Assists in developing and closing business opportunities with current and targeted clients.
• Delivers client and leadership communications and presentations. • Ensures team achieves specific performance, compliance, and client service measures.
• Analyse SLA reports developed by reporting team. Prepare a collective summary of all KPIs globally for account – weekly, monthly basis etc.
• Generate account specific reports.
• Support in audits like SOC, ISO etc.
• Attend daily calls with Partner- Operational Meetings.
• Send out Major incident’s updates, follow-ups, initiate bridge calls.
