Head of Compliance

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Trade Compliance Heads will use extensive trade compliance knowledge to identify, document, develop and provide compliance for complex and demanding activities for a region. In this role, you will provide high quality service with focus on continuous improvement. You will develop and implement trade compliance operations and sensitized data strategies, manage processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop goals and objectives for the benefit of the business.

Key Accountabilities:

- Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, taking into consideration regulatory changes and industry best practices.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, guidelines, and directives issued by the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

- Policy Development: Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with changing regulations and industry standards.

- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks including compliance risk, reputation risk, environment risk etc and develop mitigation strategies to prevent violations.

- Training and Awareness: Establish and maintain a compliance training program for employees at all levels, ensuring they are well-informed about compliance requirements and expectations.

DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE:

- Age: not more than 42 years

- Experience: At least 15 years with current experience in a Senior Management level for at least 5 years.
