Sales Head – Private BFSI

This role is for the head of Private BFSI business for Mumbai region cutting across Sify’s offerings and portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy focused on Datacenter, Network, TIS and Digital centric services and solutions for the Private BFSI sector, aligning with market trends and company’s investment.
- Identify, build and manage, the BFSI accounts.
- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration with GTMs (Cloud and Managed Services, Technology Integrated Services, Digital Services and Network Services) and country sales for delivering higher quantitative and qualitative value.
- Develop and manage AOP, financial forecasting, and build overall execution strategies to achieve financial goals and profitability targets.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Build strategic relationships with market influencers, consultants and relevant agencies.
- Lead negotiations of contract and agreements, in alignment to company’s objectives, profitability and compliances
Key Outputs:
- Achieve the AOP objective around revenue, Order Book and Profitability
- Drive YoY growth as per the plan and investment.
- Build and manage high performance team.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate with MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institute/ university preferably.
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge and experience of Cloud Managed Services, Network Managed Services, Technology Integrated Services and Digital Services
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership skills, people management skills, with an ability to drive and work with remote stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Business Development and sales and project management skills and experience
- Teaming, liasoning, relationship management, negotiation & business knowledge
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
- Capability to lead and drive strategic deals across the entire opportunity cycle.
- Strong review and mentoring skills
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), relationship building and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 18 years plus in related industries
