Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to drive transmission sales . You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and establishing lasting client relationships. Your strategic thinking, sales skills, and deep industry knowledge and network will be instrumental in shaping the future of the transmission services LOB of our organization

Designation: AVP – Sales (CPaaS)

Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Ownership & Growth: Own & grow revenue target for the transmission services LOB- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to set up and grow the marketing automation and transmission services business for creating recurring streams of revenue.- Hunting & Farming Targets: You will work both with existing account managers to sell this to existing customers as well as hunt for new logos.- Marketing & Business Development: Work with marketing and business development to enable and improve sales conversion rates.- Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand the company's footprint and increase market share in the CPaaS domain.- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.- Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards to provide insights to senior management.- Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality and platform offerings.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven track record of success in CPaaS/ transmission services industry- Experience selling to BFSI- Passionate sales leader with the ability to drive the marketing automation and transmission services LOB sales independently- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong connections in top-tier banks and insurance companies such as ICICI, HDFC, SBI, IndusInd etc.- Deep understanding of the CPaaS market in India- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
