BFSI/Fintech Company looking for Human Resources in TA & HRBP domain based out of Mumbai.

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

Talent Acquisition Role:

- Handling End to End Recruitment maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Source Mix, Quality of Hire.

- To ensure updating of recruitment tracker from requisition to hire.

- Sourcing the talent through job portals, employee referrals, walk-in, headhunting, Vendors etc., to fulfil resource requirement.

- Doing the offer documentation, joining follow-ups, background checks, employment checks, joining formalities, MIS etc.

- Should be street smart with positive attitude.

- Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures.

- Adherence to recruitment norms & policies. Offers and approvals in proper formats, Timely submission of trackers.

- Taking care of smooth On boarding formalities for all the new joiners.

HRBP Role:

- Understand business and work closely with the all the stakeholders to make HR an enabler for business improvement and people development.

- Coordinate trainings and development initiatives shared by Training team.

- Change management and communication of any new organization design and change programs (new systems/ processes etc initiated by Corporate HR.

- Employee relations including compliances, disciplinary and performance matters.

- Partnering with business and manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated departments.

- Support HR operations by managing key HR processes in terms of process adherence timelines.

- Connect with employees via telephonic discussions & video conferencing to increase connect at ground and gauge ground reality.

- Engage with business heads to understand business requirements and share with the HR leaders.

- Draw insights from field and employee feedback; Share with HR leader to help in better understanding employee concerns and identify areas of improvement and provide solutions Develop and execute initiatives to address both business and HR priorities for the month/ quarter/year

- Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, Presentations & required Analytics for monthly HR Business reviews.

- Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- A full time MBA with experience in broad range of human resource domains including TA / HRBP / & Analytics with minimum of 3 year' experience.

- Attention to details.

- Highly self-motivated, Directed and Change oriented.

- Prior work experience in BFSI or NBFC sector is preferred.

- Extensive experience in Talent acquisition, Analytics, Manpower Management and Business Partnering.
