Qualifications
- Customer Engagement and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in customer success or related role
- Preferably worked previous in SAAS CS Roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
