Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's customer base. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the automotive and/or manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
