As a Presales Solutions Specialist, I play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Asymmetrique’s eCommerce business by providing expert technical and business solutions to our prospective clients. I have a passion and a track record for sales of marketing services and solutions. I partner with the front-end sales team, ensuring that our clients receive tailored and effective solutions that meet their specific needs.

I need to have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agency Sales, Presales or a related role within the ecommerce industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Media platforms, CRM software
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to showcase our products effectively.

Targets:

  • Lead Conversion: Achieve a specified lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  • Revenue Generation: Contribute to the overall sales targets and revenue goals by securing new business.
  • Solution Adoption: Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for solutions among existing clients.
