Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Mascot International Pvt Ltd, Lower Parel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. You will help us for providing administrative support to the sales team, with a focus on follow-ups on payments, invoices, purchases, negotiations, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on payments, invoices, and purchases to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments to resolve payment and invoice discrepancies
- Negotiate with customers and vendors to resolve payment and logistics issues
- Manage and track logistics, including shipping and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, payments, and invoices
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and analytics
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person if required to resolve issues and provide support
- Collaborate with internal departments, including finance and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations
- Identify and resolve sales-related issues and discrepancies
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree preferred
