KRA Coordination

 Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

 Analyze week on week task of sales team with timelines and ensuring activities like customer follow up, proposal sending, POC movement etc are executed in timely manner.

 Respond to request from customers and give sales support when requested.

 Coordinating with other departments.

Documentation:
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

 Support sales team in day-to-day sales activities like Preparing Proposal, offers, Sales documentation, comparisons etc.

Reporting & Analysis:
 Collect, Analyze and present various sales reports to management.

 Highlight the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to management

 Analyze report from each department and analyze the progress of each department as per the committed timelines.

Requirements and skills:
 Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
 Excellent Excel skills

 Proficiency in English

 Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 A team player with high level of dedication

 Presentation skills

 The ability to write reports and proposals

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
