**KRA Coordination**
-  Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
- information.
-  Analyze week on week task of sales team with timelines and ensuring activities like customer follow up, proposal
- sending, POC movement etc are executed in timely manner.
-  Respond to request from customers and give sales support when requested.
-  Coordinating with other departments.

**Documentation**:

-  Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
-  Support sales team in day-to-day sales activities like Preparing Proposal, offers, Sales documentation,
- comparisons etc.
- Reporting & Analysis:

-  Collect, Analyze and present various sales reports to management.
-  Highlight the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to management
-  Analyze report from each department and analyze the progress of each department as per the committed
- timelines.

**Requirements and skills**:

-  Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be
- considered a plus;
-  Excellent Excel skills
-  Proficiency in English
-  Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-  A team player with high level of dedication
-  Presentation skills
-  The ability to write reports and proposals

**Experience**:

- IT Sales Coordinator: 1 year (required)
- KRA Coordination: 1 year (required)
- Preparing Proposal: 1 year (required)
