Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and sell products to them, ensuring revenue generation.
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide growth initiatives.
Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and improve key metrics.
Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies and tactics based on insights from experiments and performance data.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Participate in events and door-to-door sales at the site level to ensure conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and BD, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
