">At VH Mobile Metrics Pvt Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Manager – Recruitment to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts, specifically targeting businesses and organizations in need of recruitment and staffing services.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, estimated at ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Bangalore.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment to drive our client acquisition efforts. As a Client Acquisition Manager – Recruitment, you will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify and acquire new clients: You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in need of recruitment and staffing services through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
- Develop strategic plans: You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive client acquisition and meet business growth targets in the recruitment domain.
- Build relationships: You will build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and key decision-makers in potential client companies.
- Conduct client meetings: You will conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their recruitment challenges and propose customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams: You will collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of client recruitment requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: You will keep track of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
- Negotiate and close deals: You will negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
- Maintain CRM systems: You will maintain and update CRM systems with client information, interactions, and acquisition progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in client acquisition or business development, with a specific focus on the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record: A proven track record of acquiring clients and meeting sales targets within the recruitment domain is essential.
- Recruitment knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and the talent acquisition industry is necessary.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset is essential.
- CRM software: Familiarity with CRM software and tools for client management is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Bangalore job market: Knowledge of the Bangalore job market and key industries in need of staffing solutions is preferred.
- Recruitment consulting experience: Experience in recruitment consulting or staffing agencies is preferred.
