Role: Sr. Business Growth Manager - Creative Business

We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced individual with a passion for business development, a rich network of agency connections, and a track record of closing deals with enterprise-level clients. This role is essential to our growth, and you’ll be a key player in driving ODN’s expansion into new markets and elevating our brand to greater heights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: You’ll be at the heart of ODN’s growth strategy—identifying new business opportunities through strategic agency partnerships and executing growth plans that directly drive revenue.
  • Lead Pitches & Close Deals: Utilize your personal network and industry insights to secure briefs, lead high-stakes pitches, and manage the full sales cycle. You’ll close large brand deals and ensure seamless onboarding of new projects.
  • Forecast & Achieve Sales Targets: Monitor and meet quarterly/annual revenue projections by managing the lifetime value (LTV) of client engagements, ensuring our growth objectives are consistently met.
  • Manage Key Partnerships: Work closely with other agencies & strategic partners, ensuring a constant flow of quality leads and ongoing revenue opportunities through strong, collaborative relationships.


What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in business development within the creative agency or content solutions space.

  • A powerful personal network and the ability to leverage it to create significant new business opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience leading pitches and winning large-scale brand deals.
  • A passion for content-driven commerce and a deep understanding of how quality content drives e-commerce success.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities and the drive to make an impact.
