Role Overview:
As a Sr. Account Manager, you will lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital and social media campaigns. This role calls for a candidate who is not only experienced in digital marketing and client management but also thrives in a startup-like environment, is adaptable, and has a strong learning and growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving business needs.
- Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate across internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics, media) to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes with flexibility and adaptability.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account leads, encouraging a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Stay current with industry trends and digital tools, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, with mandatory previous agency experience.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital campaigns and managing client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats and being open to taking on various roles as needed.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to inform campaign strategies and client recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Open to learning and eager to take on new challenges, with a proactive growth mindset.
- Based in Mumbai and available for full-time work from our office.
