Job Description – Manager – Corporate Sales


· Responsible for the All India Annual and Quarterly Revenue targets to specific lists of companies in Pharma, HORECA and other non-hospital segments which have an opportunity for Nulife products.

· Responsible for setting up a new vertical in the company by onboarding and leading a team of Corporate sales executives. To regularly coach them so as to improve sales productivity and better field coverage

· To give continuous feedback and to conduct quarterly performance appraisals

· Responsible for executing new product launches as per plan.

· Responsible for planning and executing educational programs for various corporate Professionals

·Responsible for setting up and nurturing a channel network which can effectively service the needs of various customers

· Gather market intelligence information relating to competition, pricing, product offerings and market share.

· Manage Credit and payment terms

· To analyze the performance of each HQ based on the reports in the Field Force Reporting Software and initiate corrective action wherever required

· Responsible for demand planning and forecasting for each distribution channel on a monthly basis. Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirement and coordinate with Logistics for the same

· Analyze Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and have a complete control on channel inventory.

· Regularly have financial review with team to ensure that the targets are achieved

· To lead the company negotiations with various Corporates by understanding and navigating complex purchase process

· Develop and maintain relationships with end-users, Purchase managers and other key decision makers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.

· Have Periodic Revision on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly. Regularly up-date your immediate supervisor and the marketing team on sales trends, market developments and competition

· On quarterly basis do SWOT analysis territory wise and share the same with HO

· Ensure that the budgeted manpower are onboarded regularly as per annual business plan. Attract and retain quality manpower

· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the sales objectives are met. Also ensure that the various marketing activities are carried out as per expectations.

· To take part in tradeshows and conduct educational/awareness programs successfully in various corporates .

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Management from time to time.


Skills & Knowledge

● Educational Qualifications

· Bachelors, preferably in Marketing & Business Studies


● Functional Skills

· Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in marketing and communications.

· Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills, is process driven and has clarity of thought.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Advance Power Point

· Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking


Behavioral Skills

· Communication - Impeccable oral and written skills

· Relationship management skills


Relevant (functional/Level) and total years of experience

· 5 - 10 years of experience of working in institutional (non hospital) sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical supply or HORECA supply domain

· Experience of negotiating with Purchase group of large corporates is mandatory.

· Experience of selling high volume, low margin disposables/consumables would be preferred
