Designation : Executive/Senior Executive – Corporate Sales for IGP Business



Client Relationship & Sales:

  • Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
  • Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customer’s needs. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages


Stakeholder management:

  • Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicating the customer requirements, ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data- inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces- in the assigned sales system.



Job Location: 2 positions in Mumbai (Chandivali – Andheri East)
