Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research & Development Senior Executive to join our team in Kuvadva, Rajkot, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the formulation and development of products, with a specific focus on skincare, haircare, and personal care range, and additional experience in the development of colour cosmetics will be an advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation, development, and testing of new products.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends, raw materials, and technologies to ensure our products are innovative and competitive in pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control, to bring new products from concept to market.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for cosmetic products.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of formulations, experiments, and product evaluations.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the production team during scale-up processes.
  • Continuously improve existing product formulations based on feedback and market demand.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Research & Development in cosmetics
  • Ability to Manage other R&D executives and lab operators.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation, and ingredient functionality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in color cosmetics will be an advantage
