What will you do?


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand. Negotiate and manage paid collaborations, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets brand standards.Identify a pool of macro, micro and nano creators based on brand alignment, audience demographics and engagement metrics.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This includes blog posts, social media content, video scripts, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, creating content that drives engagement, followers, and conversions.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch campaigns that drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with designers, video producers, and other creatives to develop engaging content that can be used across multiple platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of content and influencer campaigns. Use data to optimize strategies and report on results to the team.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in mobile apps, content marketing, and social media.Use these insights to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.Use analytics to supercharge ROI.




What should you have?


Skills And Requirements

  •  3-4  years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and give insights keeping the influencer and organizational image aligned.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, self starter and someone who can take initiatives as and when needed.
