Position Overview:We are looking for a creative and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager with 23 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing influencerdriven campaigns that increase brand awareness foster engagement and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is crucial for expanding Masai s digital presence and building strong relationships with key influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification & Relationship Building:
  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers content creators and microinfluencers who align with Masai s brand and mission.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong ongoing relationships with influencers to enhance longterm collaboration.
  • Campaign Development & :
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with influencers on content creation product promotions and sponsored partnerships.
  • Content Coordination:
  • Work closely with influencers to generate creative content (videos blogs social posts) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all influencergenerated content.
  • Negotiation & Contracts:
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with influencers ensuring clear expectations for deliverables timelines and performance.
  • Campaign Tracking & Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics such as engagement reach conversions and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports with insights to optimise future influencer strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
  • Keep up with the latest trends in influencer marketing including new platforms and emerging influencers.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
  • 23 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and an analytical approach to measuring campaign performance.
