**Job Title: PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist - Retail Apparels/Jewellery**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and influencer marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify key trends and insights in the Retail Apparels/Jewellery industry to inform strategy development.
2. **Media Relations**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space.
- Create and distribute compelling press releases, pitches, and other media materials to secure positive coverage for the brand.
3. **Influencer Marketing**:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators relevant to the target audience.
- Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Manage influencer campaigns from conception to execution, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
4. **Event Management**:
- Plan and coordinate PR events, product launches, and activations to generate buzz and media coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
5. **Content Creation**:
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to generate high-quality, on-brand content.
- Develop engaging and shareable content for owned channels, including social media platforms.
6. **Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor media coverage and influencer engagement, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations for future initiatives.
7. **Budget Management**:
- Manage the PR and influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI, negotiation with Influencers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing within the Retail Apparels/Jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and media placements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for fashion and lifestyle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with PR and social media monitoring tools.
