Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead influencer identification and proactive onboarding for performance campaigns
  • Understand and maximize storefront performance by matching the right influencers with brands
  • Guide product and brand integration discussions in influencers' content
  • Coordinate expectations regarding quality and timely delivery from both influencers and internal teams
  • Plan long-term association goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate best terms and establish commercial and strategic agreements with influencers
  • Analyze influencer performance and achieve storefront metrics
  • Extract insightful data observations
  • Conduct campaign post-mortems; generate reports on key insights, recommendations, and strategic adjustments for improvement
  • Develop business driving strategies and assist clients with future campaign planning
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Influencer Marketing (3+ years)
  • Negotiation skills with influencers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintenance of professional relationships remotely
  • Strong planning skills: Clearly outline steps for executing a marketing strategy, providing a logical progression from campaign creation to completion
  • Creative input across all campaigns and projects

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
