Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Breezy Talent. With 23 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, you will be responsible for executing influencer-driven campaigns that increase brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers, content creators, and micro-influencers who align with our brand and mission.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong ongoing relationships with influencers to enhance long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with influencers on content creation, product promotions, and sponsored partnerships.
  • Work closely with influencers to generate creative content (videos, blogs, social posts) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all influencer-generated content.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with influencers, ensuring clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports with insights to optimize future influencer strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, including new platforms and emerging influencers.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • 23 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and an analytical approach to measuring campaign performance.
