PositionOverview:We arelooking for a creative and motivatedInfluencer MarketingManager with 23 years of experience tojoin our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for executing influencerdriven campaigns that increasebrand awareness foster engagement and drive measurable businessoutcomes. This role is crucial for expanding Masai s digitalpresence and building strong relationships with keyinfluencers.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • InfluencerIdentification & RelationshipBuilding:
  • Identify and connectwith relevant influencers content creators and microinfluencers whoalign with Masai s brand and mission.
  • Cultivateand maintain strong ongoing relationships with influencers toenhance longtermcollaboration.
  • CampaignDevelopment & :
  • Developand execute influencer marketing campaigns ensuring alignment withcompany goals and messaging.
  • Collaborate withinfluencers on content creation product promotions and sponsoredpartnerships.
  • ContentCoordination:
  • Work closely withinfluencers to generate creative content (videos blogs socialposts) that resonates with our targetaudience.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistentacross all influencergeneratedcontent.
  • Negotiation &Contracts:
  • Assist in negotiatingcontracts with influencers ensuring clear expectations fordeliverables timelines andperformance.
  • Campaign Tracking& PerformanceAnalysis:
  • Monitor and analysethe performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics such asengagement reach conversions and ROI.
  • Provideregular reports with insights to optimise future influencerstrategies.
  • Stay Updated onTrends:
  • Keep up with the latesttrends in influencer marketing including new platforms and emerginginfluencers.
  • Recommend innovative strategies tomaintain a competitiveedge.

Qualifications:
  • 23years of experience in influencer marketing or digitalmarketing.
  • Proven track record of managinginfluencer campaigns with measurableresults.
  • Strong communication negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency insocial media platforms and influencer marketingtools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
  • A creative mindset with attention todetail and an analytical approach to measuring campaignperformance.
