We're looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end influencer-led campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive results
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing community team, fostering creativity and collaboration
  • Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring it resonates with campaign briefs
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, key influencers, and talent managers
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with strategic objectives
  • Manage client relationships at a strategic level
  • Develop compelling campaign proposals and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Review and submit reports in a timely manner

  • Experience in the social media and digital space
  • Client servicing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
  • Ability to plan and manage time well
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to stay on top of new media trends and technology
  • Agile thinking and adaptability
