We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Crestbell Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Upwork account and driving business growth by bidding on relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, and communicating effectively with potential clients.
- Manage and optimize the Upwork account to secure high-quality projects for the company.
- Identify suitable projects, bid strategically, and prepare custom proposals to maximize conversion.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing projects successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers after deals are closed.
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
- Strong proposal writing skills and the ability to create persuasive client presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand client needs, project requirements, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
