Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
