Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and ensure favorable terms for both parties.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
