Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential clients in the domestic market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, positioning our software solutions effectively.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives, through channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and value of our software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and market knowledge.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience in domestic sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Passionate about technology, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office or similar productivity tools.
Requirements
You Should Have: Strong prospecting skills and meeting sales quotas Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Experience driving B2B sales growth, preferably in a technology/product environment (SaaS industry experience preferred) Ability to manage the sales cycle from business champion to C-level Global experience as an SDR/BDR within a software company Ability to understand customer needs and navigate conversations effectively
