We are a fintech start-up. We are three founders and onto our 2nd innings. All three of us are ex-bankers. Nitin and Viraj are successful entrepreneurs. Their previous start-up was a cool analytics company, where they built the most innovative analytics products and hired the best brains. Amit is a seasoned banker with over 21 years of global retail banking experience. During this tenure with Standard Chartered, he held key positions like Country Head of Risk, Country Head of Retail Banking, and Head of Digital Banking for ASEAN and South Asia.

Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India.


We want to make easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees at the click of a few buttons. We aim to disburse a loan within 5 minutes of a borrower applying for it. Don’t ask how. That we will need to figure out together


We have outlined the job profile below for Business Manager (Direct Sales - DSA Vertical). It may sound serious, but it’s not. In fact, it is extremely serious. That’s how we take our jobs – everybody gives their best shot at work and makes the start-up succeed. 


We want highly ambitious and energetic individuals keen to work in Sales Relationship Management and help build the business.


This is not a typical sales job, where all you are tracked on are sales numbers. Here, you own the complete customer portfolio and are responsible for the end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management process. 


You are responsible for marketing and building relationships with the channel partners so they understand our product, our segment and hence choose to work with us over other options that they may have. You will drive your team to understand goals and train them to deliver.

Here’s what you will do - 

  • Responsible for Hiring Sales Executives, Product Training and Motivating the Sales staff in generating business
  • Understand the product, prepare monthly/weekly working plans for the sales teams, review daily, weekly and monthly plan for the team/city
  • Responsible for the productivity of the team. The individual will provide necessary updates and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective
  • Responsible for creating a robust business model and strong sales team for generating top-line as well as bottom-line growth month-on-month
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities
  • Prepare relevant reports as per requirement and carry out performance analysis
  • Onboard corporates and help to build Finnable’s direct sales business



You will be a perfect fit if - 

  1. You are highly enthusiastic, and ambitious and go out of your way to get things done
  2. You are strategic in your approach and are excellent at building relationships
  3. You take complete ownership of your area of work and are extremely agile 
  4. You have 8+ years of experience in banking, loans or any related industries
  5. You have successful experience in leading teams of high-potential individuals
