Hiring BD Manager for Mancer Consulting Services

Work Model : Hybrid (Min 3days from Office)

Job Location: Delhi (South Delhi)

Experience: 8-12 years (in Recruitment sector or HR Tech industry)


Desired Job Role:

  • A passionate business development leader with desire to make an impact on the Top Line of the organization.
  • Prepare & present the company's service offerings & USPs to the prospective clients
  • Identifying potential customers and building potential customer database by Primary and Secondary research.
  • Client acquisition & Building relationships, client mining & increase revenue share.
  • Interfacing and maintaining relations with corporate clients and key decision makers, ensuring continued business in each campaign planned by the company and thereby augmenting business & profitability.
  • Evolving market segmentation and segmentation strategies to achieve desired targets.
  • Close new business deals by developing & negotiating contracts / Finding out right party contacts.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team in order to deliver the client requirements on time as per their priority order.
  • Adherence to MANCERs processes/ Liaising with other departments in the organization as and when the need arises.


Requirement :

  • Graduate with 8-12yrs of experience in Business Development & managing Client Relations
  • Must have experience in acquiring clients for Recruitment Firms or Selling HR Software or Services
  • Must be willing to travel Pan India
