Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of IT industry expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and creating new leads and opportunities within Digital Marketing and App Development projects. Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue and broaden the client base in the IT sector.


  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels like cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders for lasting client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot industry trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to outline the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients for profitable deals and contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report business development activities to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into business development strategies.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within Digital Marketing and App Development projects.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in drafting documents like SLA, RFI, RFP, RFQ, BRD, SRS & FRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with high self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Experience in securing Digital Marketing and App Development projects.
