Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist who is passionate about sales, has a strong background in outbound lead generation, and has a good grasp of the financial markets ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, great at building and identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and familiar with outbound lead generation processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualification: Generate leads by identifying potential ICPs, developing comprehensive databases and reaching out via various channels
  • Customer datasets: Identify and build datasets of potential clients by thoroughly understanding and building ICPs, using tools such as LinkedIn and Private Circle. Conduct research to identify target prospects in the HNI, family office, and wealth management space.
  • Customer outreach: Reach out to leads via all channels, including WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and cold calls.
  • Personalized outbound messaging: Develop tailored messaging that resonates with the pain points and needs of prospects.
  • Data management and reporting: Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking engagement metrics and lead status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant experience of 2-4 years in lead generation, preferably in the wealth management or SaaS ecosystems, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, CRM systems and outbound automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple lead generation campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience working with HNIs, family offices and wealth managers.
