Job Title: Business Development Champion

At KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Business Development Champion to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving business growth.

About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will develop and research lead lists based on defined personas for marketing campaigns and sales collaboration. You will also conduct pre-research and record information within Playbooks in Hubspot in lead contact records. Additionally, you will leverage various tools, including Who's Mailing What?, Rocket Reach, and LinkedIn, to develop prospecting lists for sales team members upon request.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and research lead and prospect lists based on defined personas for marketing campaigns and sales collaboration.
* Conduct pre-research and record information within Playbooks in Hubspot in lead contact records.
* Leverage various tools to develop prospecting lists for sales team members upon request.
* Develop and deploy automated email sequences upon direction of Lead Generation specialist.
* Oversee the Kodi Collective Growth Contest by managing lead intake, researching and uploading leads into Hubspot, and enrolling them into the lead gen sequences as appropriate.
* Utilize various communication tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Who's Mailing What? and email marketing, to generate leads.
* Ensure compliance with the CAN SPAM act.
* Measure the effectiveness of templates and sequences; provide comprehensive monthly reports to Lead Generation Specialist and Marketing Manager.

Requirements:
* Strong time and project management abilities.
* Intellectual curiosity.
* Confidence in rapidly learning and translating insights into compelling messaging.
* Capacity to independently create detailed plans from overarching objectives.
* Effective prioritization skills.
* Ability to hold self and team members accountable.
* Previous experience in generating business for a marketing agency or print industry.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
