Job Description: Lead Generation – Specialist

- Develop and research lead and prospect lists based on defined personas for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and sales collaboration.- Conduct pre-research and record information within Playbooks in Hubspot in lead contact records- Leverage Who's Mailing What?, Rocket Reach and LinkedIn to develop prospecting lists for sales team members upon request- Develop and deploy automated email sequences upon direction of Lead Generation specialist.- Oversee the Kodi Collective Growth Contest by managing lead intake, researching and upload leads into Hubspot, and enrolling them into the lead gen sequences as appropriate.- Utilize various communication tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Who's Mailing What? and email marketing, to generate leads.- Ensure compliance with the CAN SPAM act.- Measure the effectiveness of templates and sequences; provide comprehensive monthly reports to Lead Generation Specialist and Marketing Manager.

- Strong time and project management abilities- Intellectual curiosity- Confidence in rapidly learning and translating insights into compelling messaging- Capacity to independently create detailed plans from overarching objectives- Effective prioritization skills- Ability to hold self and team members accountable- Previous experience in generating business for a marketing agency or print industry

Goals:

- Achieve a lead success conversion rate of 20% or higher annually.

Experience:

- Experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B email marketing.- Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce.
