Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue across all segments.
  • Pricing & Yield Management: Set daily, weekly, and monthly room rates and ensure optimal pricing based on demand and market conditions.
  • OTA & Distribution Channel Management: Manage online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and other distribution channels to ensure maximum exposure and revenue.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Analyze historical data and trends to predict future revenue patterns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to adjust pricing and promotions in response to market dynamics.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
  • Inventory Management: Manage room inventory, ensuring proper distribution across all channels to optimize occupancy and rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the hotel operations and finance teams to drive performance and achieve budgeted financial targets.
