We seek a dynamic Revenue Manager who is eager to contribute to our fast-paced growth and the continued success of the ASL Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Revenue manager oversees all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis in line with our Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Develops and recommends sales strategy for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.
- Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders.
- Acts as primary contact and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders, including hotel General Managers,Corporate revenue leaders and owners.
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for our short-term rental portfolio, utilizing tools like Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor strategies to adjust pricing and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to optimize listings across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
- Forecast revenue performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics to senior management.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
- Explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to continually enhance revenue management capabilities.
- Prepare and present monthly and or quarterly presentations to clients.
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of all OTAs to maximize the opportunities with these channels.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, particularly in STR pricing optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of the local and global STR market, trends, and dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required :
We need someone who has worked with pricing and insights software like Pricelabs, Beyond Pricing, AirDNA, Transparent, OTA Insights, or any of the hotel or property management software. Such as Hostaway, Hostfully, Mews, Guesty, Cloudbeds, Oracle Hospitality, etc.
As it is a client-facing role, we need someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
