Your Ideal Qualifications:
1.3 to 10 years of experience, with a strong preference for those who have a proven track record in selling enterprise solutions within the BFSI sector.
2.Demonstrated success in driving revenue, discovering and advancing sales opportunities, and acquiring large-scale enterprise customers within BFSI.
3.Experience in managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on the BFSI vertical.
4.Strong familiarity with MS Office or Google suite applications, CRM tools, and other sales-related platforms.
5.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
1.Full-cycle sales: Manage and drive the entire sales process, from prospecting, qualifying, demoing, to nurturing relationships, expanding accounts, and closing deals within the BFSI enterprise space.
2.Pipeline management: Build, nurture, and manage a healthy sales pipeline, cultivating long-term relationships with key enterprise customers in the BFSI vertical.
3.Solution positioning: Understand the unique needs of BFSI clients and position Convin’s solutions as an ideal match to address those needs, improving efficiency, customer experience, and sales outcomes.
4.Market engagement: Represent Convin at national and regional BFSI conferences, build awareness of our platform, and deliver compelling presentations and meetings to prospects and clients.
5.Territory strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to achieve immediate and sustained results.
6.Opportunity management: Prioritize, track, and manage deals in your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
7.Stakeholder engagement: Engage with relevant prospect stakeholders for webinars, demos, and strategic discussions to showcase Convin’s value in improving sales and customer engagement for BFSI enterprises.
