System Administration, Salesforce administration
Monitoring of CRM systems - Salesforce- and other applications for various types of tickets, Windows OS and System Administration.
Raising tickets in ticketing system as per customer need.
Creating and editing companies and contacts in Salesforce
Working on data validation
Follow records review process, do data analysis, find trends and patterns
identifying and Removing duplicates from the system
Generating the periodic reports, Daily / Weekly / Monthly
Working on Infra and Apps monitoring, Respond to alerts following the SOPs
Calling to the on call person for priority tickets
Work on creating / updating documentation
Coordinating with the other team members and leads for project related issues
Must work in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts including night shifts
Good communication and analytical skills
Flexible enough to work in any shift and on any day and adjust the shifts as per project needs.
Staying in Pune nearby Zensar, Pune campus is preferred as the associate needs to be in the office during customer visits and senior management visits to ICC. The resource also needs to get trained on Digital Wall operations and be able to operate the same during the customer / management visits from the office.
